Cardiac MRI: These documents we need from you

We would be happy to make an appointment for your patient for a cardiovascular MRI.

For this we need from you:

  • Information/referral with examination order

  • Completed request form

  • Current laboratory values of your patient (parameters: especially kidney values, electrolytes)

Your patients remain your patients.

We are only the service provider for the requested cardiac or vascular MRI. Your patients come directly to the diagnostic center medneo, where the 3 Tesla MRI is located. After the examination, we will provide your patients with a brief initial assessment of the results, if requested by you. Otherwise, we will be happy to refer to the discussion of the findings with you in your practice. The findings will be available to you on the same day. Trust and collegiality are important to us!
